How to Complete Our Request a Quote Form

When you need quality aerospace metal materials, we like to think that AAA Air Support should be your “go to” choice.

AAA Air Support is a manufacturer and stocking distributor of quality raw materials including roll form stringers and aluminum extrusions, as well many other aluminum, steel and titanium products used in the Aerospace Industry.

Original Equipment Manufacturer of Roll Form

We work hard to solve buyer’s problems such as AOG situations with quick turnarounds on requirements for roll form sections and aircraft extrusions, as well as sheet, plate, bar and tube products. But our specialty is aerospace roll forming, a process in which coil or strip metal is continuously passed through shaping rollers and dies to form the desired profile.

In fact, we can manufacture aerospace roll form sections up to 75ft in length. In addition, we can accommodate custom one-off sections as well as production runs. And our roll form sections can be manufactured in various grades of aluminum, steel and titanium with consistent tolerances as close as +/- one degree.

What to Include When Requesting a Quote from AAA Air Support

We strive to make the quoting process as simple and efficient for you so we can serve you quickly and meet your manufacturing and shipping needs accurately. Here is an overview of our Quote Request process.

The first thing we ask you for is your contact information. This should include the following:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your primary work email address
  • Your primary work phone number
  • The name of your company

It is essential for us to have complete and accurate contact information in order to help facilitate both the efficient manufacturing of your order as well as ensuring proper shipping of your material.

Detailing the Order: Telling Us What You Want

The nature of aerospace metal materials is that it can be complicated. The naming conventions, standardized specifications, and industry nomenclature can be a bit bewildering for buyers and the uninitiated.

When completing our quote request form, you want to simply be clear on the required material you want and the quantity you need.

Here is a breakdown of the material fields required on our quote form:

This number identifies if the material is extrusion (e.g. BAC1505-100999) or roll form (e.g. BAC1496-444)

Material Type:

This field includes aluminum, steel and titanium

Alloy:

This number indicates the alloy composition that consists of elements added to the aluminum (e.g. 2024 or 7075)

Temper:

The temper designation appears as a hyphenated suffix to the basic alloy number. (e.g. 7075-T73 with -T73 being the temper)

Clad or Bare (if applies):

Aluminum sheet and rollform can be produced in a bare state or clad.(Cladding produces a corrosion-resistant aluminum sheet.)
