We are proud to be able to include this substantial addition to our shop. From the venerable manufacturer Lodge & Shipley, this metalworking shear gives us the capability to cut aluminum material up to a thickness of ⅜ inches or .375” thick. 

In addition, the large cutting width of this magnificent shear allows us to cut a sheet that is 144” in length. This capacity gives a significant advantage in that we can now cut material that is 12 feet long, which greatly enhances our production capability. 

This shear allows AAA Air Support to provide small quantities like 1 square foot, 4 square feet etc. very quickly. You’re not required to order a full sheet.

Roll forming is a process that uses a coil or strip of metal, which is continuously passed through shaping rollers and dies to form the desired profile.

Through this process, we can manufacture roll formed products using various grades of aluminum, steel, and titanium. Our production capabilities allow us to produce roll form in sections up to 75 feet in length, as well as custom “one off” sections and multiple production runs.
