Traceability & Documentation
Every order is supplied with complete documentation, including:
- Certificate of Conformance (CofC)
- Material Test Reports (MTRs), as applicable
- Specification and revision-level traceability
Records are retained in accordance with AS9100D and ASA-100 requirements for a minimum of 7 years.
Counterfeit Material Prevention
AAA Air Support maintains strict controls to prevent counterfeit or suspect material from entering the supply chain. All materials are sourced from approved suppliers and verified through documentation, inspection, and supplier qualification processes.
Suppliers are required to certify product authenticity and disclose sources of material. Any suspected nonconformance is immediately contained and investigated.
Supplier Control & Flow-Down
AAA Air Support requires suppliers to:
- Conform to AS9100 or equivalent aerospace quality systems
- Maintain qualified and certified personnel for special processes
- Flow down all applicable specifications, key characteristics, and inspection requirements
- Notify AAA Air Support of changes in process, location, ownership, or subcontracting
Supplier performance is measured against:
- 95% Quality
- 95% On-Time Delivery
Corrective action and removal from the Approved Vendor List may occur if standards are not maintained.
Inspection & Testing
- Inspection is performed and certified prior to product release
- Test reports are required for raw materials
- Calibration methods conform to NIST standards
Export Compliance
AAA Air Support complies with all applicable U.S. export regulations, including requirements governed by the U.S. Department of Commerce – Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
Customers and transactions are screened at the inquiry stage to ensure full compliance prior to order acceptance.
Quality Awareness & Ethics
All personnel contributing to product realization are trained to understand:
- Their role in product conformity
- Product safety responsibilities
- The importance of ethical behavior
