Manufacturing Plant – Aerospace Roll Form
Based in Wichita, Kansas — the Aerospace Capital of the World — AAA Air Support’s manufacturing facility is strategically located for fast, efficient shipments across the United States and worldwide.
Our 15,000 sq. ft. plant produces an extensive range of aerospace-grade aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium roll-formed shapes, structural profiles, and custom-engineered sections.
Leadership & Expertise
Managing Partner: Robert Smith
With over 30 years of direct aerospace manufacturing experience, Robert leads our Wichita operations. His career began with an apprenticeship at Boeing Wichita, progressing from machinist to offload design team member to management. He specializes in roll forming, structural manufacturing, and complex aerospace production processes.
Robert has completed advanced training in Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other Lean Manufacturing methodologies, applying these principles to maintain efficiency, precision, and repeatable quality.
Roll Forming Capabilities
Roll forming is our primary specialty in Wichita — a continuous manufacturing process in which metal coil or strip passes through a series of shaping rollers and dies to form precise aerospace profiles.
Our capabilities include:
- Roll-formed sections up to 75 feet in length
- Dimensional and angular tolerances as tight as ±1°
- Interchangeable tooling to reduce manufacturing costs and lead time
- In-house tool design and fabrication for custom shapes
- Strict machining process controls meeting ISO requirements
- Production quantities as small as 12 ft (no minimum order quantity)
