We specialize in the roll forming of aerospace parts.  Roll forming is a process, in which a coil or strip of metal, continuously passes through shaping rollers and dies, forming a desired profile.

At AAA Air Support, we have the capability of manufacturing aerospace roll form sections up to 75 feet in length.  We also produce custom, “one off” sections, or production runs.  Our roll form sections are manufactured with several grades of aluminum, steel, and titanium; keeping consistent tolerances as close as +/- 1 degree.

All of the following parts can be produced in any length, quantity required, and any specified alloy and temper.
